Sounds like a doable resolution. There is an ad on TV that I like. A grown male facilitator sits around with a group of young children and asks them a question. A serious young boy answers saying something about New Year's Revolutions. He follows this with suggesting he would like more jelly beans in 2014. I would like a peaceful revolution in the world, more communication and hugs, and more jelly beans! *Just sometimes because they are acidic and sugary and my body wants less acidic food and less sugar - like the black beans and collards I had for lunch with a little hot sauce - Happy Year Carla.
